Cooking with the Blues


I started the Cooking with the Blues idea while writing my cookbook and thought to include some music I had produced along with some videos of the recipes in the book. At the same time I was going to do a radio show with the idea of talking about food and playing the blues called CWB when someone told me about community access availability to produce my own show on Cable. I took an internship course at Charter Cable in Windham, Ct. and the rest is history. I produce a one hour show which is shown weekly. It gives me a tremendous creative vehicle to explore two of my passions, cooking and the blues.
